Tyler McIntyre is a Partner at Fairstead where he oversees the development, construction and rehabilitation of multifamily housing projects in 18 states across the U.S. Previously, Tyler held positions at Tetra Tech, Lendlease and RockFarmer Capital where he focused on the design and ground-up construction of commercial, multifamily and healthcare facilities. 

Tyler earned two undergraduate degrees from Dartmouth College: a BE in Mechanical Engineering and a BA in Economics. In addition, Tyler graduated from the Whiting School of Engineering at Johns Hopkins University with an MS degree in Urban Planning and Construction Management.
