Following the Keeping Current: Repetitive Loss Properties design competition, an empty, flood-prone lot located at 901 Northeast 144th Street in North Miami is being transformed into a meaningful public space for the community that could also help protect neighbors from flooding.
Your voice will continue to shape the final design! On September 23, join the winning team, Department Design Office, in a public workshop where newly revised designs will be shared for community feedback.
English, Spanish, and Creole speakers will be available. Complimentary drinks and snacks will be served.
