Robert Richardson is a Senior Advisor at the NYC Technology Development Corporation. Prior to this role, he served as the Senior Director of Strategy at Control Group, working with stakeholders in commercial real estate, public infrastructure, and cultural institutions to develop future-proof digital strategies for built environments. Prior to joining Control Group, he worked for the NYC Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications as the Director of Strategic Technology Development and in the NYC Office of the Mayor as a Special Advisor for civic innovation and constituent communications. He has also served as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Pratt Institute in New York City.
