Ruth is a management professional with expertise in fundraising, strategic planning, communications and events, specializing in academic and cultural institutions. Prior to consulting, Ruth served as Vice President of External Affairs for Syracuse University, where she oversaw NYC headquarters, managing a portfolio of major donors and supervising a staff of 20, including development, events, alumni relations, communications, and marketing. She has also worked in senior leadership positions at the Museum of Modern Art, Lincoln Center and the National Gallery of Art. Her consulting clients have included the New York Genome Center, Philip Johnson’s Glass House, the Japan Society, Yoko Ono, and the New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA). Ruth has served on several boards as a member and Board President.
