Andy Sherman is the Public Programs Coordinator at Van Alen Institute. Previously, she has worked with artists and design firms, both on-site and as a communications consultant. Her research projects have ranged from the role of Sick Building Syndrome in workplaces, to documenting historic perceptions of tenement buildings. She recently transferred to CUNY Hunter College where she is completing degrees in both Urban Studies and Psychology, and is especially interested in the relationships between behavior and the built environment.
